Radha Ravi and Radikaa join hands for Kuruthi Aattam

Their characters are said to share a brother-sister like relationship, though they aren't related in the film

We had recently told you that Yuvan Shankar Raja will be scoring the music for Atharvaa's next, Kuruthi Aattam. It has come to light now that the film, directed by 8 Thottakal-fame Sri Ganesh, will feature Radha Ravi and Radikaa Sarathkumar in crucial roles.

About roping in the actors, Sri Ganesh says, "Right from the moment, I began crafting the characters, I couldn’t think of anyone other than Radharavi sir and Radikaa madam to play them. I was quite doubtful whether they would listen to my script and give the nod. I am happy that they did."

Though it has been widely speculated that the real-life brother and sister will be playing siblings on screen, a source close to the team denies this, saying, "Their characters share a brother-sister like relationship, but they aren't related in the film."

Kurudhi Aattam will go on floors in the last week of this month and the first look is expected to be released soon. The team is currently on the hunt for the female lead.
