Pixar's Onward gets ensemble voice cast

Chris Pratt, Tom Holland, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Octavia Spencer have all been signed to voice Pixar's next original film, Onward. The film is about two teenage elf brothers who embark on a legendary quest to find out if there is still magic left in the world. 

Onward, which is scheduled for a release on March 6, 2020, is directed by Dan Scanlon, who has previously directed 2013's Monsters University. Pratt and Holland were last seen in Avengers: Infinity War as Star-Lord and Spider-Man, respectively, and are expected to reprise their roles in next year's Avengers: Endgame. Aside from this, they have The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part and Spider-Man: Far From Home, respectively, which are also expected to be released next year. Louis-Dreyfus will be seen in Veep's final season, while Octavia Spencer is awaiting the release of Luce and Ma. Meanwhile, Pixar's Toy Story 4 is set to hit the screens on June 21, 2019.
