Karthi-Pandiraj project starts rolling

Karthi, who's busy promoting Theeran Adhigaram Ondru, officially commenced work on his next with award-winning filmmaker, Pandiraj. The untitled project was launched on Thursday as the makers started shooting in Chennai. According to sources, the team will head to Thenkasi for a 40-day schedule after shooting in the city for the next five days. Suriya is producing this venture. The actor and Pandiraj share a cordial relationship with the former produced Pasanga 2 and even played a cameo. Touted to be a breezy romantic village drama, Sayyeshaa, has been roped in to play the leading lady. Soori, Sriman, Bhanupriya, and others play important roles in the film. This is the first time Karthi has joined hands with Pandiraj.
