Kamal's grand entry into politics with Indian 2?

It looks like a colloboration with director Shankar is on the cards after 2.0

Published: 31st August 2017

Kamal Haasan, who has been engaged in fervent political conversations on Twitter off late, is expected to make a grand entry into the political arena with Indian 2. Rumours abound that the actor and director Shankar have been in talks to make the sequel to the hit 1996 film, which took on corruption among bureaucrats as its theme.

Kamal, who is currently hosting the popular reality show Bigg Boss, has kept the audience engaged with his witty one liners and politically laced dialogues. The platform is seen as a perfect launchpad for the actor, who before the advent of Bigg Boss and social media, was not always in the public eye. Bigg Boss is seen as the first stage in a series of moves that will culminate with Indian 2.
