Recently, we had reported about Antony Varghese joining hands with debutant filmmaker Govind Vishnu for his next. In a recent interview, the director confirmed that it's an action film based on a true incident that he came across in the news.

Govind, who has also scripted the film with Deepu Rajeevan, added that it is shaping up as the most expensive film in Antony's career so far. It is backed by John And Mary Creative, Century Films and Maxlab, the three banners that are also producing the upcoming Mohanlal-Lijo Jose Pellissery film, Malaikottai Valiban.

Antony also has another action film lined up. Directed by debutant Ajit Mampally, it's an action-packed revenge drama set against the backdrop of the sea. The film is produced by RDX makers Weekend Blockbusters.
