Actor Mamta Mohandas recently refuted the rumours about her ill health. In her Instagram post, Mamta noted that fake news has been doing rounds claiming that the actor is affected by cancer and that she has chosen to surrender the fight this time.

She also said that she has been receiving messages and fan emails concerning this fake news. So shutting down the rumours, Mamta wrote, "Who in their sick mind has a problem with 1) me living my life and doing well or 2) propagating false news by picking on someone else’s to gain more views on their fake channel or 3) Minding their own f****** business." (sic)

Pointing to those who created this false news, she noted that they will learn what life is like when they fight their hardest battle. "I had to say this now because I have heard this numerous times in the past as well and this NEEDS TO STOP. NOT ANYMORE! And to my people who care to know the truth, thanks for bringing this to my attention."

Reiterating that she is doing fine, Mamta said that she is currently shooting for Live, directed by VK Prakash. It may be noted that the actor is a cancer survivor.
