Varun Dhawan shared the teaser of his upcoming film Bhediya on his Instagram on Friday. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the movie is a creature-comedy produced by Maddock Films. It also stars Kriti Sanon.

The teaser shows a wolf howling towards the moon in the dark sky. A cult is dancing around a bonfire. There are visuals of a man chased by a wolf in a jungle. All this is shown with a voice-over which sounds like a poetic folk tale. The film’s trailer will be released on October 19.

The film marks Varun’s second collaboration with Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films after Badlapur (2015). He and Kriti will be sharing screen seven years after Dilwale (2015). When it comes to other projects, Varun has Bawaal with Janhvi Kapoor in the pipeline, while Kriti has Ganapath with Tiger Shroff, Adipurush with Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan, and Shehzada with Kartik Aryan.
