IIFA Awards 2023: Hrithik Roshan bags Best Actor trophy, Kamal Haasan receives Achievement in Indian Cinema Award
The Best Actor in Supporting Role awards was given to Anil Kapoor for JugJugg Jeeyo and Mouni Roy for Brahmastra Part One: Shiva

The International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2023 concluded in Abu Dhabi on Saturday. While Drishyam 2 won the award for Best Film, the Best Actor in a Leading Role (Male)trophy was bagged by Hrithik Roshan for his performance in Vikram Vedha. Alia Bhatt, on the other hand, won the Best Actor (Female) award for Gangubai Kathiawadi. However, Producer Jayantilal Gada received the award on behalf of Alia, as the actor was not present as her maternal grandfather, Narendra Razdan, is reportedly not well.
The Best Actor in Supporting Role awards were given to Anil Kapoor for JugJugg Jeeyo and Mouni Roy for Brahmastra Part One: Shiva. The Best Director Award was bagged by R Madhavan for Rocketry: The Nambi Effect. Actor Kamal Haasan was also felicitated with the Outstanding Achievement in Indian Cinema Award.
Late Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan's son, Babil Khan, won the Best Debut (male) award for the film Qala, and shared it with Santanu Maheshwari, who starred in Gangubai Kathiawadi. Khushali Kumar won Best Debut (female) for Dhokha: Round D Corner.
