Amid speculations doing rounds that Ishaan Khatter's upcoming film Pippa is heading for an OTT release, the makers of the film have rubbished the rumours in a statement released on Friday.

In a joint statement from Multiplex Association of India, the makers of Pippa referred to a newspaper article that said claimed the film heading towards an OTT release. The statement further referred to the article pointing out the "completely unsubstantiated assertions" issues the makers have with multiplex operators, resulting in the OTT release.
