Fashion designer and actor Masaba Gupta married actor Satyadeep Mishra in an intimate ceremony recently. Masaba made the announcement on her social media and also posted pictures from the wedding.

Sharing the pictures on her Instagram, Masaba wrote, “Married my ocean of calm, this morning. Here’s to many many lifetimes of love, peace, stability & most importantly laughter. And thanks for letting me pick the caption- this is gonna be great!"

As per a Vogue report, Satyadeep and Masaba had an intimate court wedding. “Both Satyadeep and I wore House of Masaba's new bridal collection, which has yet to be launched. I guess this is the launch,” she told the publication.

Masaba wore a custom-made RaniCore lehenga of House of Masaba with her mom's jewellery, while Satyadeep sported a House of Masaba Barfi pink kurta and pyjama set with a bandi.

Talking about the wedding, she told Vogue, "We had a simple court marriage. The idea was to keep it very small and in the presence of our immediate family. We wanted it to be very intimate because we felt that that was the right thing to do and we will not be celebrating in a big way going forward. However, there will be a party with close friends and family of about 80–85 people who've had a meaningful relationship with Satyadeep and me."

Talking about her relationship with Satyadeep, Masaba revealed, "I met him on the sets of Masaba Masaba, and interestingly, he was playing my ex-husband's character in season 1. He's an actor himself and he used to be a lawyer for a decade before that. I think we just connected on the fact that we could have conversations; we both love comfort, peace, and a healthy lifestyle. It's been a big change in my life where I've started eating better, and I think a big part of my fitness journey has kicked off because of him. We both like simple things–coming home to each other and just talking about nothing; watching something completely ridiculous; and having a good laugh. I think that's something we crave. The reason we connected is that when we come back home, we're dead to the world–it's like anything that happens in the outside world doesn't affect us. That's always special."

Masaba was last seen in the second season of Masaba Masaba and Modern Love: Mumbai. Satyadeep, on the other hand, will be next seen in Sudhir Mishra’s series Jehanabad: Of Love & War.
