Happy Birthday Anushka Sharma: Priyanka Chopra, Alia Bhatt, Arjun Kapoor wish the star

Anushka Sharma celebrates her 34^th birthday today. The actor started her film career alongside Shah Rukh Khan in 2008’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. She also starred in Yash Raj Films’ Band Baaja Baraat, Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl, Jab Tak Hain Jaan, and Sultan. Initially known for her bubbly on-screen persona, Anushka expanded her acting prowess with films like Zero, PK, and Pari. With the northern noir-thriller NH10, she became a producer and launched Clean Slate Filmz, with her brother Karnesh Ssharma, in 2014. The actor married cricketer Virat Kohli in 2017 and they welcomed their first child—Vamika in 2021. In March this year, she stepped away from her production house to focus on her “first love, acting.”

Many celebrities took to social media on Sunday to wish the actor. Kareena Kapoor Khan shared a wish for Anushka on her Instagram and wrote: "Happy birthday fellow mommy, stay beautiful @anushkasharma." Anushka's Dil Dhadakne Do co-star Priyanka Chopra also shared a photo with the actress on her Instagram stories and wrote: "Happy Birthday. Wishing you the biggest slice of happy today and always." Alia Bhatt also wished the actor and wrote: "Happy birthday gorgeous." Vicky Kaushal also sent love to the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actress on social media. He wrote: "Happy birthday @anushkasharma. Wishing you all the love and happiness."

Arjun Kapoor’s wish for the actor was all ‘natural’. He shared a photo of her lying on the grass and clubbed it with a similar photo of his. “Mera Nature yeh hai ki main India’s very own Nature Girl Anushka Sharma ko ek Natural sa wish karun on her birthday from among phool, patti and lots of ped-paude! Have the best life @anushkasharma! There is no one like you!” he captioned the post.

Anushka will next be seen in cricketer Jhulan Goswami’s biopic Chakda Express.
