Vijay to play cameo role in Shah Rukh Khan's Jawan?

It is already known that director Atlee will be making his debut in the Hindi film industry, by directing actor Shah Rukh Khan in the upcoming film Jawan. However, if the speculations are to be believed, actor Vijay will be making a cameo appearance in it.

It is to be noted that Atlee has earlier directed Vijay back to back in Bigil, Mersal and Theri.

Reports suggest that Vijay and Shah Rukh Khan's portions will be shot in mid-September in Chennai. After location recce, the set work has begun for the film.

The film also stars Nayanthara in a prominent role, who has shot a few scenes with Shah Rukh Khan in Mumbai recently. Speculations are rife that Vijay Sethupathi and Yogi Babu will also be seen in the film, although the official announcement on the same is yet to be made. Shah Rukh Khan also attended Nayanthara's wedding with Vignesh Shivan, recently, which further strengthened the speculations.

Jawan is scheduled to hit the big screens on June 2, 2023. It will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the music for the film
