Milind Soman to play Sam Manekshaw in Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency, see pic

Kangana Ranaut revealed on Thursday that Milind Soman would be playing the role of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw in her upcoming film Emergency.
Kangana took to Instagram and posted a photo of Milind in the role.
In the picture, Milind sported Sam Manekshaw’s iconic moustache and was seen in a uniform.
"Presenting the dynamic @milindrunning as #SamManekshaw, the man instrumental for saving India’s frontiers during the Indo-Pak war and whose service was as distinguished as his honesty; a charmer, a war hero and a visionary leader in #Emergency,” Kangana captioned the post.
Reacting to the post, actor Anupam Kher commented, "Brilliant."
Milind also posted the photo on his Instagram account and wrote, "Honoured to be a part of @kanganaranaut ’s directorial #Emergency and play the role of Sam Manekshaw, the man who, with his wit and gallantry, led India to victory in the 1971 Indo-Pak war!"
In the film, Kangana will be essaying the role of Indian Gandhi. Shreyas Talpade will play the late Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Anupam Kher will be seen as revolutionary leader J P Narayan and Mahima Chaudhry will play the role of cultural activist and Indira Gandhi’s confidante Pupul Jayakar.
Kangana was last seen In Dhaakad, which was a dud at the box office. Apart from Emergency, she will also be seen in Tejas, where she will play the role of an Air Force pilot.
