Ranbir Kapoor- Alia Bhatt wedding: Neetu Kapoor, Soni Razdan arrive at Vastu

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are set to tie the knot on Thursday. Ahead of the wedding festivities, Ranbir's mother Neetu Kapoor, sister Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Alia's mother Soni Razdan were seen entering the wedding venue, Vastu.

As per an IANS report, the baraat procession of members of the Kapoor family will move from Krishna Raj bungalow, the under-construction future home of Ranbir and Alia, named after the late Raj Kapoor's wife, from one part of Mumbai's Pali Hill neighbourhood to Ranbir's current home, Vastu, in another part of the same area. The two addresses are separated by less than a couple of kilometres.

Ranbir had moved to Vastu from the ancestral home of the Kapoors in Chembur in 2016. The stretch between the two venues has been decorated with lights suspended from trees.

Earlier in the day, Karisma Kapoor shared a glimpse of the 'mehendi' celebration that took place on Wednesday. She posted a photo of her hennaed feet on her Instagram stories and captioned it "I love mehendi."

Fashion designer Manish Malhotra also shared Kareena Kapoor Khan, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni and Nitasha Nanda's looks from the 'mehendi' function. They wore the celebrity designer's creations for the event.

Ranbir and Alia reportedly started dating on the sets of Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra. The film will release on September 9 this year.
