Sanjay Dutt's advice to Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt: Marriage is a compromise from both ends

Sanjay Dutt has shared some marriage advice for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt who are set to tie the knot soon.

While interacting with the media during the promotions of K.G.F: Chapter 2, Sanjay was asked about the wedding. Although he claimed to be unaware of the marriage date, he said he is happy for Ranbir and asked him to "make kids soon."

"If he is getting married, I am really happy for him. Alia was born and brought up in front of me. Marriage is a commitment they are making to each other. And they have to stick by that, hold each other’s hands and move ahead in happiness, peace and glory. Make kids soon Ranbir, and stay happy!" the actor told ETimes.

When asked if he has some marriage advice for the couple, Sanjay said, "It’s a matter of compromise from both ends. Rocky roads will come and go, but someone will have to bend. I would only advise them to assess the situation and be on the same page as to who needs to bend in the given circumstance at that time. With every curve in the road, they have to remember that the commitment they made to each other is very important and that is the key to keep moving ahead.”

Ranbir played the role of Sanjay Dutt in Rajkumar Hirani's Sanju. They also shared the screen in the song 'Baba Bolta Hain Bas Hogaya' from the film. Sanjay and Alia were last seen together in Mahesh Bhatt's Sadak 2.

Sanjay will be seen in K.G.F: Chapter 2 which is set for a release on April 14.
