Shah Rukh Khan writes heartfelt note for Pathaan AD

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan recently penned a hand-written note for Abhishek Anil Tiwari, an assistant director on his upcoming film Pathaan, thanking him for "making the film."

It was reposted by Abhishek on his Instagram stories and was doing the rounds on social media. The note seems to be written on the authorised biography of Al Pacino, as The Irishman actor's name can be seen on the page.

Praising the AD's "hard work and efficiency," Shah Rukh wrote, "To Abhishek, Thank you for making Pathaan. Such a wonderful experience for all of us, especially me. You are a gem my man. The hard work, efficiency, and smiles with which you pulled off such difficult work is much appreciated. Also I love the fact that you love your drinks man. Have a good life in cinema – will miss u lots. Love, Shah Rukh Khan.”

As per Abhishek's IMDb page, he has worked as the second unit director in Ek Tha Tiger, Bang Bang and War.

Recently, Shah Rukh's images, apparently from the sets of Atlee's Lion (rumoured title), were also circulating online.

Directed by Sidharth Anand, Pathaan is set to release on January 25, 2023. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham.
