Rifle shooter Avani Lekhara and javelin thrower Sumit Antil have won golds at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020
Rifle shooter Avani Lekhara has become the first Indian woman to win a Paralympics gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympics. Avani, who hails from Jaipur, set a world record of 249.6 in the R-2 women's 10m Air Rifle Standing SH1 event in Tokyo.
Athlete Sumit Antil also clinched gold in javelin throw at the Tokyo Paralympics. He, too, set a new world record.
