Consecration Trailer: Jena Malone stars in thriller about murderous nuns

The trailer for the upcoming thriller film Consecration has been released online. According to the official synopsis of the film, the film is about a young woman by the name of Grace (Jenna Malone) who goes to Scotland after the alleged suicide of her brother who lives as a priest in a church and accuses nuns of killing him.

Jenna Malone is best known for appearing in films like The Neon Demon, Contact, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay: Part 2.

The film is directed by Christopher Smith who is best known for films like Triangle, Black Death, Severance, Get Santa, Detour, and Banishing. The film is based on a screenplay that the director has co-written with Laurie Cook. 

Apart from Jenna Malone in the lead, the cast of the series also includes Danny Huston, Ian Pirie, Janet Suzman, Steffan Cennydd, Angela White, Eilidh Fisher, Thoren Ferguson, and Victoria Donovan. 

Consecration is currently scheduled for a theatrical release on 10 February 2023.
