The new teaser trailer for Doctor Who 60th Anniversary special episode features series alumni David Tennant and Catherine Tate. The trailer begins with Catherine Tate’s Donna Noble trying to remember the Doctor. She says, “Sometimes I think there's something missing like I had something lovely, and it's gone.“ While she is struggling to remember her past adventures, we see David Tennant’s Doctor Who warning that she might get in danger if she remembers him.

The trailer also featured Neil Patrick Harris’s character who is expected to unleash chaos into the world. David Tennant played the tenth incarnation of the Doctor in the series run between 2005 and 2010. It was recently announced that Ncuti Gatwa will succeed Jodie Whittaker as the Fourteenth Doctor Who.

The trailer also featured the newly announced fourteenth Doctor Who loudly exclaiming, “someone tell me what the hell is going on here.” According to reports, the upcoming special episode will also feature special appearances not revealed in the trailer. The 60th-anniversary special episode will lead up to the introduction of the new Doctor for the next year.
