Sony unveils Morbius transformation scene

Sony has released a new clip of Morbius, which features the transformation of Morbius into the Living Vampire.

Jared Leto plays Dr Michael Morbius, a scientist who suffers from a rare blood disease and turns himself into a blood-thirsty half-vampire in an attempt to cure himself. In the video, Morbius is seen receiving the cure. But he quickly transforms into his vampire form and goes on a rampage mode.

Directed by Daniel Espinosa, Morbius also stars Adria Arjona, Matt Smith, Tyrese Gibson, and Jared Harris. Michael Keaton, who played The Vulture in Spider-Man: Homecoming, is expected to make an appearance in the film. Reportedly, he will reprise his villainous role.

Morbius is produced by Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, and Lucas Foster, with executive producers Louise Rosner and Emma Ludbrook.

The film is slated to hit screens on January 28, 2022. In India, the film will be released in English, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi.
