Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally and David Cross cast in The Umbrella Academy final season 

Actors Nick Offerman, Megan Mullally and David Cross will feature in the fourth and final season of Netflix’s upcoming superhero series The Umbrella Academy.

Nick and Megan who are husband and wife in real, will essay a married life in the series as well, as Jean Thibedeau and Drs Gene. The actors will portray college professors from New Mexico and suffer from extreme cases of déjà vu. Meanwhile, David will play the role of Sy Grossman, a business man who is trying to reconnect with his estranged daughter

The shooting for the season is happening at Toronto. Others part of the cast include Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castaneda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, Ritu Arya, and Colm Feore. This final season of the series will only have 6 episodes as opposed to the previous seasons which have had 10 episodes.

The series is based on a comic book series of the same name written by Gerard Way and illustrated by Gabriel Ba. The Umbrella Academy, which premiered in 2019, starts with 43 unconnected women showing no signs of pregnancy and still giving birth on the same day. Billionaire Sir Reginald Hargreeves adopts seven of those children, in hopes to turn the children into superheroes. With rather disastrous results, they end up becoming destructive for the world.
