First look of Sydney Sweeney in Reality has been released

The first look image of Sydney Sweeney as the real-life US whistleblower Reality Leigh Winner in the upcoming film Reality has been released online. The film is directed by Tina Satter and based on her play titled Is This a Room. The play is based on the transcript of the CIA’s investigation of the former NSA translator. She leaked intelligence reports that confirmed Russia’s interference in the 2016 US presidential elections. 

The film is based on the screenplay written by Satter and James Paul Davis. Apart form Sydney Sweeney in the titular role along with Merchant Davis and Josh Hamilton. The production for the film started in May 2022 and wrapped up in just 16 days.

The film is produced by Seaview Productions in association with In The Cut, Burn These Words, and Fit Via Vi. Reality is currently scheduled for a theatrical release in February. A release date is yet to be confirmed by the makers.
