Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey gets a sequel
The film stars Craig David Dowsett, Chris Cordell, and Nikolai Leon as Winnie the Pooh, Piglet and Christopher Robin, respectively
Ahead of its release on February 15, the independent slasher film Winnie The Pooh: Blood and Honey, written and directed by Rhys Frake-Waterfield, gets a sequel. The news was announced on the film's official Twitter page with a caption that reads. "More blood. More honey."
Based on the Winnie-the-Pooh books by AA Milne and EH Shepard, the film follows the classic children’s characters, who become feral and murderous after being abandoned by their human friend Christopher Robin when he left for college. In true slasher movie fashion, the characters terrorise a group of friends who rent a cabin in the Hundred Acre Woods, picking them off one by one.
The film was greenlit after rights for the characters recently entered the public domain.
