She's amazing, we hit it from the get go: Gal Gadot on working with Alia Bhatt in Heart of Stone 

As Hollywood film Heart of Stone is nearing release, the film’s lead actor Gal Gadot opened up on her bond with her co-star Alia Bhatt. The film marks the Indian actor’s Hollywood debut.

Speaking about her relationship with Alia in an interview with PTI, Gal said, "She's amazing, we hit it from the get go. I think we share so much in common for the fact that I'm from Israel and she's from India. We're both now making this film that is global and American.”

The actor also shared how both of them are dedicated and hard working actors, but at the same time very family-oriented as well. 

It will revolve around an elite agent Rachel (Gal) as she encounters another spy Parker (Jamie) and hacker Keya (Alia) as they join forces to prevent an unfortunate event propelled by artificial intelligence.

Elaborating how their characters share a dynamic relationship. Gal said, “Once you have a partner that you can trust, you enjoy the push and pull between the characters, it gives you a fight that has a weight. And you know that she's not faking and she's affected in the right way from me and vice versa. It's just delicious. It's a delightful way to work. And I definitely had that with Alia.”

Directed by Tom Harper, Heart of Stone also stars Jamie Dornan and will premiere on Netflix on August 11. Touted as a spy action thriller, Heart of Stone has story by Greg Rucka and screenplay penned by Greg along with Alison Schroeder.
