The upcoming period film, also starring Ileana D'Cruz and Saurabh Shukla, traces the high profile raids conducted by an honest Income Tax officer and the consequences to him

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, Raid is set in the 80s and its based on the life of an honest Income Tax Officer and the raids conducted by him on some high profile people of the country. 

The trailer looks promising with sharp dialogues and a striking background score. It appears to bear a resemblance to 2013's Special 26, in terms of execution.

The film, starring Ajay Devgn, Ileana D'Cruz, and Saurabh Shukla in the lead roles, is slated for release on March 16.
