Countdown begins for Ram Charan’s Peddi as makers lock final edit

The big-ticket film Peddi is all set for a June 4 release, with the makers locking the final edit copy

Peddi is one of the most awaited films of the year, scheduled to hit theatres on June 4. The film stars Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor in the lead roles and is directed by Buchi Babu Sana, who made a sensational debut with Uppena.

The film is produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas, in association with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings. It is gearing up for a grand worldwide theatrical release.

The makers have now officially locked the film’s final edit, marking the beginning of the final countdown. The editing has been handled by National Award winner Navin Nooli, known for his sharp and emotionally engaging work.

With Buchi Babu Sana’s ambitious vision, Peddi promises a massive cinematic experience blending emotion, action, and scale.

Ram Charan has undergone a striking transformation for the film, appearing in multiple intense avatars that have already created a strong buzz through promotional glimpses. The film also features a stellar ensemble cast including Janhvi Kapoor, Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, and Boman Irani in key roles.

On the technical front, the film boasts music by Academy Award winner AR Rahman, cinematography by R Rathnavelu, editing by Navin Nooli, and production design by Avinash Kolla.
