One of the most ambitious upcoming projects, Nagabandham, is gearing up for its theatrical release. As part of the promotions, the makers have now unveiled the devotional song ‘Namo Re.’ Directed by Abhishek Nama and produced by Kishore Annapreddy and Nishitha Nagireddy, the pan-Indian magnum opus stars Virat Karrna in the lead role. With a strong lineup of seasoned actors and a story rooted in Indian culture, the film promises a grand cinematic experience celebrating the country’s artistic and spiritual heritage.
The devotional phase of the film’s promotions has begun with the release of ‘Namo Re,’ which is already being described as a potential spiritual anthem of 2026. Rich in emotion and visual grandeur, the song pays tribute to Lord Narayana while exploring themes of devotion, inner strength, and faith.
The music for the track is composed by Juned Kumar and Abhe, who blend classical and contemporary sounds seamlessly. The lyrics, written by Sriharsha Emani, evoke a deep sense of spirituality and reflection. The soulful vocals of Sindhuja Srinivasan and Aishwarya Daruri further elevate the composition, adding emotional depth to the track.
One of the major highlights of the song is its grand choreography, led by Ganesh Acharya and Shrasti Verma. Featuring more than 2,000 dancers performing various Indian dance forms, the sequence bursts with cultural vibrancy. Nabha Natesh and Daksha Nagarkar add elegance to the visuals with their graceful classical performances.
Production designer Ashok Kumar has recreated the majestic Padmanabhaswamy Temple set with remarkable detail, making every frame appear as though it was filmed inside the original shrine in Thiruvananthapuram. From the sacred pathways to the intricate carvings, every element reflects careful research and artistic craftsmanship. The scale and spiritual aura of the set transport viewers into an immersive and visually stunning space.
Cinematographer Sounder Rajan enhances this vision with striking visuals that capture the grandeur and divinity of the set. Through his lens, the song becomes a lavish and immersive experience that resonates with the essence of the iconic temple. Nagabandham is slated for a grand summer release.
