Actor and producer Niharika Konidela’s last film Committee Kurrollu turned out to be a big hit and also won the Gaddar Film Award . She is now coming up with another film titled Rākāsā, featuring Sangeeth Sobhan and Nayan Sarika as the lead pair. As part of the promotions, the makers have now unveiled the film's second song, ‘Padhe Padhe.’

The team launched the second single at a vibrant on-ground event held at St Peter’s Engineering College in Hyderabad. Niharika Konidela, along with lead actors Sangeeth Sobhan and Nayan Sarika, and music composer Anudeep Dev, attended the event and introduced the romantic track to the audience present at the venue.

Speaking about the idea behind the song, Niharika Konidela said, “In most songs, women beg for love, but in this one, we become love. We don’t beg for love — we become love. That’s what 'Padhe Padhe' is about.” She also described Rākāsā as a wholesome family entertainer that blends fantasy, adventure, strong performances and plenty of comedy.

Music director Anudeep Dev added, “If ‘Rapappa’ is for the boys, ‘Padhe Padhe’ is for the girls. It’s a beautiful song that presents the girl’s point of view. If someone isn’t getting the hints, girls can simply play this song. There’s a lot more exciting stuff coming up.”

Musically, 'Padhe Padhe' brings a soft romantic mood to the soundtrack of Rākāsā. Sung by Sindhuja Srinivasan, composed by Anudeep Dev and written by lyricist Kittu Vissapragada, the melody carries a gentle emotional warmth that reflects the subtle feelings between the lead characters. After the playful energy of the first single 'Rapappa', this track reveals a more tender layer in the film’s musical landscape.

The film is written and directed by Manasa Sharma, known for creating Oka Chinna Family Story and directing Bench Life. It is produced by Niharika Konidela under the banner Pink Elephant Pictures in collaboration with Zee Studios, with Umesh Kumar Bansal backing the project. Rākāsā is gearing up for its worldwide theatrical release on April 3.
