Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have decided to celebrate their wedding with their fans and well wishes across the country. The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Udaipur on February 26, Thursday. Now, they have made a bigger gesture and that too, ahead of their wedding reception on March 04, Wednesday.
On Saturday, Vijay and Rashmika shared on Instagram that they are distributing sweets to different parts of India in celebration of their wedding. In a note announcing the decision, the couple wrote, "To the beautiful people of this country. You have always been a part of our journeys and our love. And it would make us truly happy to celebrate our wedding with all of you." They added, "And how does India celebrating everything? With Mithai and Food. So on March 1st we are sending trucks filled with love and sweets across the country to share this big moment in our lives with all of you."
The couple even shared the list of places where they would distribute sweets, and it includes locations in Telangana, Delhi, Chandigarh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Puducherry, Bihar, and Madhya Pradesh.
In addition, Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have decided to donate food at temples. The list of the religious establishments for their 'Annadanam' include those in Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh.
The couple ended the note seeking people's blessings for the new chapter in their lives. According to reports, they are set to have their wedding reception on Wednesday with a grand ceremony in Hyderabad. They have already invited some big names to the ceremony, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Minister of Home Affairs, Amit Shah.
