Actor Thiruveer continues to carve a niche for himself in Telugu cinema with content-driven choices. After making a mark with small-budget films, he is now steadily moving toward bigger projects. One such film is Bhagavanthudu, directed by GG Vihari, whose teaser was released on Friday.

The teaser looks raw, intense, and impactful, hinting at a powerful narrative. Set in Palnadu during the 1990s, the teaser explores faction feuds and also touches upon caste dynamics. Produced by Ravi Panasa, Bhagavanthudu appears to be another strong addition to Thiruveer’s filmography.

After the light-hearted The Great Pre-Wedding Show, Thiruveer shifts gears with this gritty drama. Faria Abdullah plays the female lead, while Rishi Nagaraju is seen in another intense role. Ravindra Vijay, Vinay Varma, and Mime Madhu play key characters in the film.

The makers describe Bhagavanthudu as a story where “a war between self-respect and supremacy begins.” The film is scheduled for a summer release, with music composed by KP

Notably, the teaser suggests that Faria Abdullah will be seen in a performance-oriented role, quite different from her earlier films, adding another layer of intrigue to the project.
