The makers of Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi have released the trailer for the film. The comedy drama, starring Tharun Bhascker and Eesha Rabba in the lead, is set to release theatrically on January 30.

AR Sajeev is making his directorial debut with Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi, which is an official remake of Vipin Das' Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey (2022), which stars Darshana Rajendran and Basil Joseph. Nanda Kishore Emani has written dialogues for Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi. Srujan Yarabolu, Aditya Pittie, Vivek Krishnani, Anup Chandrasekharan, Sadhik Shaik, and Naveen Sanivarapu are producing the film, with Kishore Jaladi and Bala Sowmitri serving as co-producers.

The cast of the film includes Brahmaji, among others. Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey (2022) followed the story of a woman who is forced into marrying an abusive male chauvinist against her will, and her fight into getting out of it. In an interview with CE, director AR Sajeev said that while the core story has been retained, Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi has been altered to suit Telugu sensibilities.

Jay Krish is composing music for the film, with lyrics by Bharadwaj Gali. The film's crew also consists of cinematographer Deepak Yaragera, production designer Vishnu Vardhan Pulla, and action choreographer Wing Chun Anji, with AR Sajeev handling editing himself.
