Samantha launches Gavireddy Sreenu’s Cheen Tapak Dum Dum

Filmmaker-turned-actor Gavireddy Sreenu is all set to play the lead for the first time in Cheen Tapak Dum Dum, which was launched recently

Gavireddy Sreenu began his career as a director and made his debut with Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Sitralu (2016), starring Raj Tarun. He later worked as a writer for a few films before transitioning into acting. Although he appeared in several projects, he gained wide appreciation for his performance in Subham, which was produced by actor Samantha.

Now, Gavireddy takes a major step forward by turning lead actor with Cheen Tapak Dum Dum. Brigida Saga plays the female lead in the film.

The launch event was graced by Samantha, along with directors Mallidi Vassishta, Gopichand Malineni, Nandini Reddy, BVS Ravi, and Gowthami, among other prominent personalities from the industry.

Samantha gave the first clap, Gopichand Malineni directed the first shot, Mallidi Vassishta switched on the camera, and the script was handed over by Nandini Reddy, BVS Ravi, and Gowthami.

The film is produced by Srinu Nagulapalli under the banner Village Talkies, marking the production house’s first venture. Cheen Tapak Dum Dum is directed by YN Lohit. The film’s production design is handled by AS Prakash, cinematography by Senthil Kumar, and music by PR, with lyrics penned by Tirupathi Jaavana.
