Popular writer-producer Kona Venkat is backing Band Melam, which stars Harsh Roshan and Sridevi Apalla in lead roles. The pair had earlier worked on Court (2025). The teaser was unveiled on Tuesday at a special event.

The makers had already released two songs from the film, and now the teaser offers a glimpse into the story. The teaser opens with Sridevi’s character telling her father, played by Sai Kumar, “Get me married soon, I can’t continue my studies.” It then shifts focus to Harsh Roshan and his lively college life. The teaser showcases fun moments among friends, youthful romance, and a few mischievous episodes involving the gang outside the campus.

Sathish Javvaji directs the film, while Shravya and Kavya are producing it under Kona Venkat’s Kona Film Corporation banner.

Apart from the lead pair, several new faces appear in the film. Band Melam is all set to hit the screens on March 13.
