Kavya Kalyanram of Balagam fame is back in action after a three-year gap with What’s Up Naresh, teaming up with Kotha Poradu actor Anvesh Michael. Youthful romantic comedies have always found a steady audience, and continuing that trend, this fresh pairing promises a contemporary and relatable love story.

Produced by Bhagya Laxmi Chinta under the CVV Cinema banner, the film is directed by CV Vishal. The first glimpse, released recently, instantly caught the audience’s attention with its breezy tone and relatable setup. Now, marking Valentine’s Day, the makers have unveiled the second glimpse, raising expectations further.

While the first glimpse introduced the protagonist, his family dynamics, societal expectations around marriage, and his first meeting with the female lead, the second glimpse takes a more mature turn. It presents a grounded and honest conversation between the lead pair, who connect through a dating app and open up about their past experiences during a coffee date.

What starts as a light-hearted and humorous exchange gradually becomes intriguing as the conversation shifts to caste and the protagonist’s candid views on modern relationships. The glimpse then transitions into moments that reflect the evolving bond between the two, offering a warm and charming preview of their love journey.

Kavya Kalyanram and Anvesh Michael look perfectly cast and share a natural, appealing chemistry. Smaran Sai’s music beautifully enhances the romantic mood on screen. Overall, the second glimpse maintains a pleasant vibe throughout and clearly indicates that What’s Up Naresh is shaping up to be a refreshing, feel-good romantic entertainer.
