Vimal Krishna, who made his directorial debut with the sensational hit DJ Tillu, is now back with another film titled Anumana Pakshi. This unconventional comedy entertainer stars Rag Mayur in the lead role. Backed by Chilaka Productions, the film is produced by Rajiv Chilaka, Rajesh Jagtiani, and Hirachand Dand.

With several small films announcing their release dates one after another, the makers of Anumana Pakshi have now locked September 18 as the release date. The announcement comes with an eccentric poster that perfectly captures the film’s offbeat tone and the peculiar nature of its protagonist.

Rag Mayur is seen sporting a traditional outfit while holding a rifle. Beside him is a blackboard titled ‘Doubts Under Investigation’, filled with amusing questions about life, destiny, karma, and God’s plan. The tagline, ‘One Boy. Billion Thoughts. Zero Chill’, further hints at the chaotic thought process of his character.

Rag Mayur is a talented actor who has proved his abilities with films such as Paradha, Subham, Gandhi Tatha Chettu and several others. Anumana Pakshi marks the first time he is playing a solo lead, making the film particularly important for him.

On the other hand, director Vimal Krishna is taking his time to return to the big screen after making a sensational debut with DJ Tillu. Known for his distinctive characterisation and humour, Vimal Krishna is exploring another unconventional concept with Anumana Pakshi.

Merin Philip plays the female lead, while Prince Cecil, Raasi, Anannayaa and Charith appear in key roles. The technical crew includes cinematographer Sunil Kumar Nama and music composer Sri Charan Pakala. JK Murthy serves as the art director, while Abhinav Kunapareddy is handling the editing.

Having already created curiosity with its teaser and distinctive promotional material, Anumana Pakshi is now gearing up for its theatrical release in three weeks. The team is expected to intensify the film’s promotions in the coming days.
