Director Mahi V Raghav is known for films like Pathasala, Anando Brahma, and Yatra. He has also produced content-driven films such as Villagelo Vinayakudu and Kudirithe Kappu Coffee. In addition, he wrote and produced the web series Save The Tigers, which turned out to be a major hit on JioStar. Known for consistently backing strong content, Mahi now returns with a fresh concept.

His latest project, Om Shanthi Disco Shanthi, is a horror-comedy that promises a twist rarely seen before. Packed with humour and thrills, the film aims to deliver a full-fledged entertainer with a unique narrative spin.

While ghosts are typically known to scare humans, what happens when they encounter their worst nightmare? What if they come across people who don’t even understand fear? The film explores this quirky idea, creating a world where madness meets the supernatural.

Om Shanthi Disco Shanthi unfolds as an outrageous, confusion-filled comic adventure of ghosts versus the mad. Will the ghosts succeed in haunting them, or will the 'mad' turn the tables and end up scaring the ghosts?

Blending jump scares with witty conversations and unexpected twists, the film promises a spooky yet fun-filled ride. Slated for a theatrical release this September, it aims to offer a mix of the bizarre, the eerie, and plenty of laughter.
