Since its release earlier this September, many film personalities from Telugu cinema have commended director Sai Marthand's Little Hearts, starring Mouli Tanuj Prasanth and Shivani Nagaram, among others. The latest to do so is actor Eesha Rebba. The actor took to her Instagram Stories and wrote, "Little Hearts is such a sweet film. So light, simple and nostalgic." The actor went on to add that the film put a smile on her face throughout its runtime. She also praised the performances by Mouli and Shivani, calling them "lovely performances", and made a "special mention to director Sai Marthand for getting this beautiful thing together."

Little Hearts tells the story of a youngster (Mouli) with a bad academic performance whose parent (Rajeev Kanakala) wishes to see him making it big in the field of IT engineering. The young man's life changes as he meets Khathayani (Shivani), who is also struggling academically, and falls in love with her. In our review of the film, BH Harsh wrote, "Mouli makes a sparkling film debut in the Sai Marthand directorial that embraces a kind of light-heartedness rarely seen in Telugu films" and mentioned that the film "never stops being fun."

The film also stars SS Kanchi and Jai Krishna, among others.
