After the resounding success of Court - State vs a Nobody, Harsh Roshan and Sridevi are reuniting for another film, this time a poignant romantic drama titled Band Melam. The title glimpse of the film was unveiled on Wednesday.

The glimpse teaser establishes Harsh as a budding musician, who excitedly arrives at a house, carrying a melodica and walks up the stairs looking for someone. As he arrives at his destination, the teaser establishes Rajamma (Sridevi), who is somewhat miffed with him for some reason. However, when Harsh plays his new composition that he created just for her, the two break the ice between them and all is well in their universe. Band Melam promises to be a musical love story, where music plays a significant role. Even the tagline, “Every beat is an emotion,” hints at the same.

Band Melam is written and directed by Sathish Javvaji. Veteran actor Sai Kumar too part of the ensemble cast, while other cast members are yet to be locked. Vijai Bulganin has composed the music, and Satish Muthyala is the cinematographer. Siva Mupparaju has penned the screenplay and helms the editing.  The technical team also includes Chandrabose as the lyricist.

The film is produced by Kavya and Shravya under Kona Venkat’s Kona Film Corporation.

Harsh Roshan’s other recent works include Tuk Tuk, AIR - All India Rankers, and Arjun Chakravarthy.
