Raj Tarun’s Chiranjeeva gets release date

Produced as an Aha original, the upcoming comedy-drama also stars Kushitha Kallapu

On Thursday, the makers of Raj Tarun starrer Chiranjeeva shared a new teaser of their film, also annoucing the streaming premiere date for the film. Slated to premiere on the streamer Aha, Chiranjeeva will begin streaming on November 7.

Directed by Abhinaya Krishna, Chiranjeeva promises to be a high-concept comedy, telling the story of Shiva (Raj Tarun), a young man who decides to take up the job of an ambulance driver purely because of his love for speeding vehicles. However, after a stroke of divine intervention, Shiva is blessed with a power where he can foresee how long a person is going to live. How Shiva tackles his newly acquired power which often works as curse forms the crux of the story.

Chiranjeeva also features Kushitha Kallapu as the female lead. Abhinaya Krishna has penned the story, while MR is credited with screenplay. Achu Rajamani is the music director for the film, and Sai Murali is the editor. Cinematography is by Rakesh S Narayan. Chiranjeeva is produced by Raahul Avudoddi and Suhasini Rahul. 

Raj Tarun’s upcoming projects include Gods and Soldiers, the Tamil-Telugu bilingual directed by Vijay Milton. Kushitha, meanwhile, is also part of the lead cast of next season of 3 Roses, another Aha original which is yet to get a premiere date.
