Allu Sirish, Allu Arjun's brother, has officially announced his engagement to Nayanika on Wednesday, sharing the news with fans on what he described as a “deeply meaningful day,” the birth anniversary of his grandfather, the legendary comedian Allu Ramalingaiah.
Sirish revealed the milestone with a romantic picture from Paris, posing with his fiancée against the Eiffel Tower. Alongside the photo, Sirish penned a heartfelt note, “Today, on the birth anniversary of my grandfather, Allu Ramalingaiah gaaru, I feel blessed to share something very close to my heart, my engagement to Nayanika.”
The engagement is set to take place on October 31, and the news has already created ripples across social media.
Allu Sirish’s announcement carried a poignant touch as he also remembered his grandmother, Kanaka Ratnam, who passed away earlier this year. “My grandmother always wished to see me married. Though she isn’t here with us, I know she is blessing us from above as we begin this journey together. It means everything to us that our families have embraced our love with such joy,” he wrote.
Not much is publicly known about Nayanika, other than that she hails from Hyderabad, with the couple having reportedly kept their relationship under wraps until now. The announcement, however, has already drawn warm wishes from colleagues and admirers across the film industry.
On the professional front, Allu Sirish was last seen in the 2024 action-comedy Buddy.
