Priyadarshi-Anandhi starrer Premante is all set for a theatrical release on November 21. On Monday evening, the makers released the official trailer of thei film, giving a better glimpse into its wacky plot and quirky characters.

In Premante, Priyadarshi plays Madhi, a regular middle-class man taking care of EMIs while tackling pressure from his aging parents to get married. After a few failed attempts to find the right partner, Priyadarshi meets Anandhi, a warm, life-affirming girl who seems to match the vibe he is looking for. However, trouble soon brews in their relationship when the two find themselves constantly bickering and fighting over petty issues, stemming Anandhi's need for a 'thrilling' everyday life as a couple. Things get further complicated by the arrival of a nosy, cynical cop (Suma Kanakala in a rare movie appearance) who comes to know of their constant arguments, and is now hellbent on getting the two divorced.

Written and directed by Navaneeth Sriram, Premante promises to be a madcap comedy entertainer, with equal doses of heartwarming romance and comedy.  The tagline ‘Thrill-u Prapthirasthu’ adds more intrigue to the elements that will be revealed in the storyline when the film releases.

Leon James has composed music for the film. Gaddar Award winner Vishwanath Reddy helms cinematography. Other prominent crew members include Arvind Mule as the art director, and Raghavendra Thirun as the editor. Gauri Naidu has designed the costumes. The writing team includes Karthik Thurapani (dialogues & Addition Screenplay) and Raj Kumar Kusuma (Additional Dialogues). The ensemble cast includes Vennela Kishore.

Produced by Jhanvi Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, Premante will clash at the box office against many small-scale films like Raju Weds Rambai, Paanch Minar, and 12A Railway Colony.

This is Priyadarshi's fourth major release this year, after Court - State vs a Nobody, Sarangapani Jathakam, and Mithra Mandali.
