Shiva rerelease trailer shows Nagarjuna back as the memorable character

Shiva is director Ram Gopal Varma's debut film, which released, and starred Nagarjuna, Amala, Raghuvaran, and JD Chakravarthy

A new trailer for the upcoming release of the 4k Dolby Atmos version of Ram Gopal Varma's Shiva was released. The film will be released theatrically on November 14.

Released in 1989, Shiva was director Ram Gopal Varma's debut film. Akkineni Venkat and Surendra Yarlagadda produced the film. Annapurna Studios and SS Creations were the banners backing the film. Actor Tanikella Bharani wrote the dialogues for the film.

Shiva was a breakout role for Nagarjuna, also starred Amala, Raghuvaran, JD Chakravarthy, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Tanikella Bharani, and Subhalekha Sudhakar, among others. JD Chakravarthy, who made his debut with Shiva, added the prefix JD to his name, after his character's name in Shiva.

The film was also remade in Hindi, with Ram Gopal Varma directing and Nagarjuna, Amala, Raghuvaran, and JD Chakravarthy reprising their roles.
