The makers of OG have confirmed the Pawan Kalyan starrer’s release date. The film is coming to screens on September 25 during the festival of Dussehra. The most awaited gangster entertainer has been long delayed due to Pawan Kalyan’s political commitments. Now that the actor is back on set, the team has been swiftly wrapping up the shoot. The team took to social media and wrote, “Firing worldwide on September 25, 2025.” 

OG is billed as a gangster entertainer that stars Pawan Kalyan, Priyanka Arul Mohan and Emraan Hashmi. Helmed by director Sujeeth, of Saaho and Run Raja Run fame, the film is one of the most highly anticipated star-led projects. 

OG is said to revolve around Pawan Kalyan’s character, Ojas Gambheera, a gangster in exile who returns to Mumbai for an important mission. Makers of the film released a glimpse on the same date of Pawan Kalyan’s birthday last year titled “Hungry Cheetah”, which garnered enormous praise and acclaim from general audiences and fans of the star. 

OG has music composed by SS Thaman, cinematography by Ravi K Chandran and Manoj Paramahamsa, and production design by AS Prakash.
