Naveen Chandra’s Karaali launched with a formal ceremony

Karaaali, starring Naveen Chandra and directed by Rakesh Potta, marks the debut production of Vikrant Film Creations

The upcoming film Karaali, starring Naveen Chandra, Raashi Singh, and Kajal Choudhary, was formally launched on Sunday with a pooja ceremony held in Hyderabad. The project is the debut venture of Vikrant Film Creations, presented by Smt Mandalapu Pravallika and produced by Mandalapu Shivakrishna.

Prominent producer Sahu Garapati was present as the chief guest and handed over the script to the team. Garapati also gave the ceremonial clap for the muhurat shot. The film is touted as an intense action drama.

Addressing the media, actor Naveen Chandra said, “It takes courage to support new talent. Karaali is a fresh concept and different from anything I’ve done before.” Producer Mandalapu Shivakrishna noted that he joined the film industry after retiring from government service and was driven by passion.

Cinematographer Apurva Anil Shaligram, music composer Vikas Badisa, and editor Madhav Kumar Gullapalli are part of Karaali’s technical crew. The film is now in pre-production and is expected to begin filming soon.

Naveen Chandra was recently seen in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual Eleven.
