We had earlier reported about 90s - A Middle Class Biopic fame filmmaker Aditya Hasan planning his next project with Anand Deverakonda and Vaishnavi Chaitanya. On Thursday, the film was officially launched with a muhurtham puja ceremony. Eminent film personalities like Rashmika Mandanna, Kalyan Shankar, and Venky Atluri were the chief guests for the ceremony.
The announcement teaser for the film, which was released in January, hints at the film being a spiritual sequel to 90s - A Middle Class Biopic. The makers are planning to commence shooting next month. The film, untitled as yet, is produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Sounjya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. The film marks 32nd production for Sithara Enterainments.
Others in attendance were Sivaji Raja, who too is slated to play a significant role in the film. Vasuki Anand too has been signed as a supporting cast member.
Hesham Abdul Wahab, who rose to fame in Telugu industry with his music for Hi Nanna, has been signed as the music director for the film. In the technical crew, Azeem Mohamad is the cinematographer and Navin Nooli is the editor. Production design is by Avinash Kolla.
Anand and Vaishnavi had earlier worked together in 2023 film Baby, which emerged as a massive boxoffice blockbuster.
