We had earlier reported about Naga Shaurya working on an action-thriller titled Bad Boy Karthik. On Monday, the makers officially announced the shoot wrap for the film.
The shooting for the Naga Shaurya starrer commenced in August 2024. Directed by debutant filmmaker Raam Desina (Ramesh), Bad Boy Karthik promises to feature Naga Shaurya in a rugged avatar. Vidhi Yadav plays the female lead, while the supporting cast has names like Samuthirakani and VK Naresh.
Bad Boy Karthik is produced by Srinivasa Rao Chintalapudi under the banner of Sri Vaishnavi Films. The first look and title were announced earlier in January this year, on the occasion of Naga Shaurya’s birthday.
Bad Boy Karthik also marks music composer Harris Jayaraj’s return to Telugu cinema after many years. The technical team includes Rasool Ellore as the cinematographer and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao as the editor. Production design is by Rajeev Nair.
Naga Shaurya was last seen in Rangabali (2023).
A release date announcement for the film will be made soon, the makers announced.
