Kaalamega Karingindhi..?, the independent romantic-drama which had a theatrical release in March, will soon have its OTT premiere. The film will begin streaming on SUN NXT on Friday, May 9.

Produced by Mare Sivashankar, Kaalamega Karigindhi..? told the story of Phanindra, a 30-something man who returns to his childhood village, flooded with memories of his first love (Nomiena Tarae), seeking the whereabouts of the young girl who never left his thoughts. In our review for the film, we noted, “The film is visually rich, with compositions that feel like fleeting memories themselves. Every transition, every match cut, and every slow dissolve is crafted with care. But then there is the dialogue where what emerges is not conversation but poetry. Line after line, phrase after phrase, a barrage of lyrical musings so dense that even the most patient viewer feels under siege.”

Written and directed by Singara Mohan, the film features Vinay Kumar, Aravind Mudigonda, Nomina Tara and Majjari Sravani in the lead cast.  The film was bankrolled the film under the banner of Singara Creative Works. Gudappan has composed songs for the romantic film. In the technical team, the cinematography is by Vineeth Pabbati, while editing is by Ra Yogesh.
