Sumanth Kumar will soon be seen headlining the upcoming ETV Win original Anaganaga. The streamer announced May 15 as the premiere date for their film, on Saturday.

In Anaganaga, Sumanth plays a school teacher whose simple life reflects the deeper emotions of family, struggle, and personal growth. ETV Win also shared an announcement video, featuring Sumanth Kumar, alongwith child artist Viharsh. As Viharsh continues to ask many questions about life with great curiosity, Sumanth answers them with gentleness and patience like an ideal teacher.

Written and directed by Sunny Sanjay, the upcoming family drama also stars Kaajal Choudhary in the lead cast. Guru Kiran is credited as co-director, while Deepthi is credited as co-writer for the film. Anaganaga is produced by Rakesh Reddy Gadam and Rudra Madireddy. The music for the film is composed by Chandrasekhar and Ravi Chekuri. In the technical team, Pavan Pappula and Venkatesh Chunduru helm cinematography and editing, respectively. 

Sumanth’s last major on-screen appearance was in the 2024 film Aham Reboot.
