The makers of Sapthagiri starrer Pelli Kaani Prasad released the trailer of their film on Thursday. The film is slated for a theatrical release on March 21.
Directed by Abhilash Reddy Gopidi, Pelli Kaani Prasad promises to tell the story of a 35-year-old man who is increasingly worried about being unmarried all his life. Unlike the teaser released previously, the Pelli Kaani Prasad trailer additionally gives a brief glimpse of Prasad’s love story with a village girl (Priyanka Sharma) and how their romance will probably not be accepted by their families.
Abhilash has also co-written the screenplay in association with Akhil Verma and YN Lohit. Besides having Muralidhar Goud in a prominent role, the upcoming slapstick comedy also stars Annapurnama, Pramodini, Laxman Meesala, and Rohini in the ensemble cast. Sekhar Chandra has composed the music.
The film is co-produced by KY Babu, Bhanu Prakash Goud, Sukka Venkateshwar Goud, and Vybhav Reddy Mutyala. Dil Raju is releasing the film under his company, Sri Venkateswara Creations.
Pelli Kaani Prasad will clash at the box office against other mid-scale films like Tuk Tuk and Kaalamega Karigindhi.
