The makers of Arjun S/O Vyjayanthi, starring Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, unveiled the pre-teaser for the actioner. The pre-teaser shows a backshot of Kalyan Ram in a blood-soaked white shirt and the teaser release date is announced. The film’s teaser is coming on March 17.

Directed by Pradeep Chilukuri, known for his earlier film Raja Cheyyi Vesthe featuring Nara Rohith and the late Nandamuri Taraka Ratna, Arjun S/O Vyjayanthi is an action drama with notable elements connecting it to Vijayashanthi’s past work.

The film marks Vijayashanthi’s return to the big screen, portraying the role of IPS officer Vyjayanthi. She had previously played a police officer named Vyjayanthi in the highly acclaimed film Kartavyam (1990). However, it remains unconfirmed whether her character in the new film is a continuation of that role or an entirely new one. Her last appearance was in Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru (2020).

Arjun S/O Vyjayanthi also stars Sohail Khan and Saiee Manjrekar in lead roles. It is jointly produced by Muppa Venkaiah Chowdary, Sunil Balusu, Ashok Vardhan Muppa, and Kalyan Ram under the banners of Ashoka Creations and NTR Arts. Music is composed by Ajaneesh Loknath, with cinematography by Ram Prasad and editing by Thammiraju. Srikanth Vissa is credited as the screenplay writer.

Kalyan Ram’s last major release was Devil: The British Secret Agent, which premiered in December 2023.
